Every Studio by Sara artwork is professionally printed to order in Mermaid Beach, Australia. This ensures each print receives the highest level of care and quality before it reaches you.

Because every piece is produced specifically for your order, production times vary depending on whether you purchase an unframed print or a custom framed artwork.

Production Times

Print Only

• Please allow a minimum of 5 business days before dispatch.

Framed Artworks

• Each frame is custom made to order.
• Please allow up to 4 weeks before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

We offer Australia-wide shipping, with flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout based on the size of your order.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

To ensure your artwork arrives safely, all prints and framed pieces are carefully packaged using protective materials suitable for fine art.

International shipping is not currently available. If you are located outside Australia and would like to purchase an artwork, please get in touch to discuss your options.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from Mermaid Waters, Gold Coast, Queensland.

Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email with collection instructions and pickup details.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Studio by Sara cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect delivery information.

While every effort is made to meet the estimated production timeframes, occasional delays may occur during busy periods. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

As each artwork is printed or custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect size selection or simply deciding you no longer want the artwork.

Please review all product information carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, framing, or choosing the right artwork, we're always happy to help before you purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
