Thank you for choosing Studio by Sara.

Every artwork is professionally printed or custom framed to order. Production times are separate from shipping times and begin once your order has been placed.

Production Times

Print Only

Typically dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Custom Framing

Please allow up to 3 weeks for production before dispatch.

If your order includes both framed and unframed artworks, your order will be shipped once all items are ready.

Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order. All orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only and are outside of Studio by Sara's control.

While every effort is made to dispatch orders within the stated production times, occasional delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Studio by Sara is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Packaging

Every artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. For damaged items, please include your order number and photographs of both the artwork and its packaging so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from Mermaid Waters, Queensland.

You'll receive an email when your order is ready, along with collection instructions.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. If you're located outside Australia and would like to purchase an artwork, please get in touch to discuss available options.
