Welcome to Studio by Sara. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Products

All artworks are original photographs by Studio by Sara and are available as museum-quality Giclée prints on archival fine art paper.

Colours may vary slightly between what you see on screen and the final printed artwork due to differences in monitor calibration and the nature of fine art printing.

Product images are intended as a guide only and may not represent the exact scale of the artwork.

Orders

All artworks are made to order.

Once an order has been placed, it begins production shortly after purchase. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to accommodate requests, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has commenced.

Studio by Sara reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary. If this occurs after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices, products and availability may change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

Shipping

Production times and shipping information are provided on our Shipping & Pickup page.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the artwork passes to the purchaser upon delivery.

Custom Framing

Framed artworks are custom made to order.

Because each frame is individually produced, framed orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged once production has commenced.

Production times for framing may vary depending on material availability.

Returns & Consumer Rights

As each artwork is made to order, Studio by Sara does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your artwork arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian law, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Copyright

All photographs, artwork, images, text and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Studio by Sara unless otherwise stated.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Privacy

Any personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely to process your order, provide customer support, and communicate with you regarding your purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Studio by Sara will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of its products.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
