Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

As each artwork is printed or custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect size selection or simply deciding you no longer want the artwork.

Please review all product information carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, framing, or choosing the right artwork, we're always happy to help before you purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll work with you to arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
